I joined the YMCA’s Wellness Coaching program. It’s the perfect start up for beginning to loose weight. You will gain a list of beneficial steps at taking control of your eating habits instead of the habits controlling you. The YMCA is a wonderful source for good health to our communities. I joined the YMCA back in late April. This place is the grandest of them all. I tip my
Boston scally to them because of the cleanliness and knowledge of the staff.
I work out 3-4 times a week and I have
vastly improved my body strength. I've become friends with everyone who visits and I love drinking the free coffee in the meeting are. In closing I've started a new
chapter in my life and the YMCA is my number one choice for me. Regards

Very friendly staff
Clean and friendly environment. I enjoy the staff and youth programs available for my kids. My one complaint is that the dryer in the Wellness Center needs fixed. The high pitch squeal coming from it is physically painful and it’s hard to want to stay here to workout.
Always friendly staff. Everything's clean and organized. They do amazing at caring for my rambunctious boy toddlers and my disabled daughter. I've had only good experiences. Always recommending to other mothers
