We have been your customers since 1997, 26 years! I think there was a name change to Ostermann but we stayed with you throughout :-) You have always served us well. We do have one need at the moment and we don't know what to do. We need an annual inspection for our Jotul cast iron propane stove and likely a repair (a thermocouple and/or pilot light) and sincerely hope you can perform that service for us. I have a request that the driver always calls me before they come so I can get my dogs in. If I’m not home, and my dogs are out on the property, I asked them to come back another time. They always do this and are very respectful when they’re here.
