In my case needed someone to take care of my mom while I was out of the country. I don't have any other family to help.
My mom could take basic care of her self but not for food or taking medications .
So reliability was top of the list. So I hired them for two weeks 2 hours in the morning, and 3 at night. Which included time to socialize with my, help with any of her wants or needs, to cook and watch over my mom. During that time the first week a hard freeze and snow hit Irving. They made sure some one was there. When they were supposed to be. I asked them to drip water and leave cabinet doors open they did that. When we got home everything was in its place and clean. My mom really enjoyed having them help her. Next time we will gladly all them to help again. I definitely recommend them.
