Every staff member is always happy to help you in finding what works for your physical health needs. Facilities are always super clean and every area is accessible ..

Friendly & helpful staff. Great classes for all ages. walking track, which is what i use mostly. My husband likes the pool as well as the track. Good communication.

I like doing chair yoga at the Y. The atmosphere is pleasant. All nicely clean. The instructors are the best too. My body is much improved!
