What I like most about my Y experience at the Central Branch is the strong sense of community. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by friendly staff who make the Y feel welcoming and inclusive. I appreciate the variety of programs offered, from wellness opportunities to family-focused activities, that truly serve people of all ages and backgrounds. The Central Branch does a great job of creating an environment where I can focus on my health while also building meaningful connections with others.

The one thing we really like is the heated pool. My son is autistic and loves swimming but some of the other pools are too cold and loud for him.

The Y provides a wide range of activities and equipment that appeals to a broad range of interests. The facilities are well maintained both the building and the equipment. What the Y demonstrates is that a diverse group of people can come together, socially respectfully and playfully in the spirit of a community.

I love my experience at the gym but it is a true inconvenience that I can't shower with my 24 hr access with my work schedule it limits the days I can work out because I don't have time to go home after my workout before I have to be at work
Great staff.
I love the euchre on Wednesday mornings, and I love the Silver Sneakers class at 10:00 am.
The leader hits all the body parts when conducting the class and it is very beneficial for this old, arthritic woman.
Nice facility, nice people working there. Has about everything I need for fitness.
