We like being able to talk to real people who are friendly, helpful, and courteous. Previously, used another gas company. Had to call a national call center line and wait a very long time to talk to humans. Billing was questionable, as well.
Never satisfied with the price of fuel but you have good people working in Blairsville. Requested services have always been promptly fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe.

We were supposed to be on routine refill, but something went wrong. We ran out of propane. When we called, Freeman got the tank filled same day. An electronic monitor was installed within the week

Freeman has always provided good service. They are prompt and arrive when the say they will. Office staff and drivers are always helpful and friendly. I wish that every service provider that I deal with had the same attitude and respect for their customer! Please don’t change.
