We have been customers since 2010. I had gotten to know Robbie Freeman socially and contracted with Freeman when we built our home. At the time there were few full time residence, but building was increasing with more permanent and seasonal owners. Robbie offered our POA the "Friends and Family rate" as an incentive for Rainbow Falls to prefer Franklin. At the time another supplier from Hayesville had a few customers. They sold out to Amerigas (?) and those who had belonged to them became upset with rate increases and other policies. Almost everyone changed to Freeman. Doyle and now Jeremy saw to it that our service was first class and tanks were kept fllled. As long as this relationship and service continues, I feel certain that RBF will remain loyal to Superior/Freeman. All lots are now privately owned so more houses will be built.

I had a miscommunication with my last delivery. I voiced my concerns. Within 24 hours. The manager of my local Freeman Gas reached out and was very receptive to my concerns. His name is Jeremy Hurst. We reached a quick resolution, I appreciate his prompt assistance.
