The rental tank and monitor were extremely muddy when they set it up on our property. My husband had to take soap and water to clean it himself. It would be appreciated if the equipment we are renting arrived clean.

Was very low on gas. Monitor communicating the gauge had malfunctioned. Dispatch ensured a delivery by end of day and followed through. Communication from the main office was professional and compassionate. Didn't catch the driver's name, but he was extremely helpful and efficient!

Connor the service man was very polite and knew what he was talking about! Very helpful
Freeman's had handled getting our gas line repaired that fed our building. During this whole process they had a lack of communication which cost us some things. I am pleased to say that they stepped up, corrected and took ownership of their mistakes which has given me confidence in them again.
Thank you Freeman's!
