I am a firm believer in “under promise and over deliver.” During the Helene disaster here in the Carolinas, I saw you implement this same process. I have come to realize that I can count on you delivering at least what you promise and probably more.
They delivered as quickly as possible after a Hurricane devastated the Upstate of South Carolina. We called on Friday, Sept 27th ( the day we lost power) & was told they would be out Sat or Sun. Delivery was made on Monday, Sept 30th in the afternoon ( which was fine b/c we still had enough propane to fuel our generator, plus some roads were still cluttered with trees). We are just thankful someone was able to get us fuel until our power was restored on Mon, Oct 7th.
Their tank has been installed at my house but they have not filled it up yet. Hope thay get to that soon.

I went to a Frerman Gas facility to have my small propane tanks filled after a big storm. Though the line was long, the employees were friendly, kind, and helpful.
