I recently completed a survey and in answering one of the questions, I mentioned that we were unsatisfied with a charge we had slmost two years ago that we felt was unjustified. Even though Freeman Gas now is owned by another company, the manager reached out to me and made it right!!! This new company has your back!! Apparently they are going to have outstanding customer service. This made my day!!!
