My name is Renee Bottorff and I am the DON at Mercury Surgery Center, LLC in St.Joseph, MO. We recently purchased a refurbished OR table from you and it was delivered on 5-9-25. The technician came up to assemble the bed and make sure it was in working order was Frank Williams. Let me tell you about customer service. This guy is on his game and pays attention to detail. We had some minor troubles with the bed on the first day we used it. Frank drove up here that night to make sure we were able to perform our cases the next day without delay. Frank has also helped me with my Biomed equipment. I really appreciate Frank always being willing to help me or just answer the phone when I call. Thank you again Frank !
