Service is great . Staff is always willing to help .
What I don't like is some of the equipment is not updated timely. There are periodic equipment issues. Also, there is a revolving door of employees. Once you get familiar with employees, they leave. Other than those 2 items, service is great.

Spacious, clean facilities,modern equipment. Only thing is they need more 45lb plate free weights. The Thibodaux, La. location doesn’t have enough of them.
Prices are good, just need more updated machines like other planet gyms
