Excellent Service
I love this gym and visit daily, but my experience with the staff is disappointing. On 1/20/25 around 3:00 PM, I approached the front desk for a massage. The assistant manager, Hannah, was on her phone and didn’t greet or even acknowledge me. I attempted to book a massage myself, but encountered an error. When I asked if the hydro beds were available, she mumbled a disinterested 'no' without looking up. That was all she said. After several attempts trying to select different machines I was getting the same error so I stood there and waited for her to say something else, she then finally assisted me, but the overall experience felt frustrating and unwelcome. It seemed like I was a bother rather than a valued member.
