I love the customer service, everyone is always nice, bathrooms are always cleans and the equipment. Sanitizer is always stock and the cleaning sprays are always filled ready for me to spray. Definitely would recommend going there, it’s really peaceful and I enjoy spending hours there. Everything is well organized and put together. The employees are definitely helpful if you have any questions. Definitely worth it!

I transferred my membership to the Plank Road location after accepting a job offer within the city. Upon arrival during my initial visit, I was greeted promptly and with warmth. The equipment was all functioning properly and clean. The guests were also very courteous. My first visit definitely set the tone for the time I’ll be spending there in the future. I look forward to returning.
