Jason was excellent to work with and we wish we could have given him our business! We do not agree with a 50% deposit upon signing a contract and another 40% upon delivery of materials but before any work has been started. This doesn't make sense at all and is a lot of money to pay upfront. Why should Bath Tune-up have 90% of a $65,000 project for a couple of months or more without even having a crew on site? It's an odd franchise 'policy'. We'd also have liked to see a quote with some detailed breakdown rather than a total cost. If not for the 2 issues described, we would have definitely been happy to work with Jason. He gets a rating of 10 out of 10!

The professionalism of the sales rep, Marco. He was dynamic and really knew his stuff. The only reason we didn't go ahead with Bath Tune-Up (BTU) for our bathroom renos, was the inordinately high quote compared to the other four quotes we got. BTU wended up being $15K higher than the nearest competitor. But, the overall experience with BTU was great. Thanks

Marco was great and our decision to go with another company is not a negative about Marco. If we have another project that does not require construction components but design we would definitely consider using your company and Marco-and we would recommend him to others.
