Donna is wonderful to work with. She is meticulous with her details and helps you gather cabinetry, backsplash, countertop material and flooring that works well and is exactly what you requested. Her personality is pleasant and even though our job will not be done for several months, she has been patient and friendly while we wait.
It’s not finished yet. Paul the installer is great but two of the cabinet doors are the wrong size. He said it will take about two weeks for new ones to arrive. That’s disappointing. I have the counter people coming in and painters, etc and it might get a little crowed. So if I could give Paul a 10 I would, but the delay due to measurements knocked off a point (so far) for the company.
Send me another survey when the work is completed and I might be happier.
Miss Kelly, designer, was amazing showing us the inventory that they have to update the kitchen and the bathroom. She took her time to hear what we wanted and was a great guide helping us to choose colors, hardware, back splash, faucets, floor tiles, walls, vanity, etc. for both areas, kitchen and one bathroom.
Mr. Jeff and Mr. John, they were so careful validating all the measurements in the kitchen as well as in the bathroom. Also, they were confirming that all items that we chose were the correct ones. Linda was amazing calling and coordinating Mr. Jeff and Mr John's visit to my home according to my available time. We had the opportunity to compare with other contractors and Kitchen Tune up offers best quality on their products.
