Clare was wonderful to work with. She is so knowledgeable about real estate and helped us to see the “flaws” in many of the homes we viewed. She really wanted us to find the “right” house, not just any house. Clare always made herself available for showings on the house we were selling as well as the many houses we looked at. She helped us through times of buyers fatigue which definitely happens in this tough market. I would highly recommend Clare to anyone either selling their home or looking for a new home. You can’t go wrong with Clare!
