Maureen was very knowledgeable about each of the areas we looked at and what is nearby (school districts, parks, restaurants, entertainment, etc.). She also had very close attention to detail and could always see through the layers of paint or similar things that hid systemic issues in the properties we looked at. Additionally, Maureen has great vision, always offering options that would greatly increase the usefulness or property value of a space. Lastly, she was always able to make time to walk through homes with us, even with a couple that has a 9-5er and a nurse working overnights. I could not recommend her enough.
