July walked us through all the necessary listing paperwork, explained each and every aspect perfectly and guided us through the listing and sales processes. Once the listing was completed, Julie took the time to do a walk through of the condo and took a lot of pictures of the general condition and also all the areas that need fixing and issues needing addressing. She put us in touch with a contractor and assessed him with access and general up date information during his renovation process. Once his work was completed, Julie handled a thorough cleaning of the condo and had professional listing pictures taken both with the condo empty and with AI generated pictures showing it furnished. She worked with us through the sales process and found us a great buyer. Julie kept us well informed of any changes during the listing and sales processes, held multiple open houses, and all through the process was friendly and professional.
