Patient, friendly, and knowledgable. They answered our many questions without pressuring us for a sale. They made sure we fit what we liked and showed us several times how to operate the bikes. They said they'd be available for any follow up questions. They were pleasant to deal with.
So far we love the bikes. They seem solidly built and are smooth to operate. We only used the Sinch 2 out in our driveway and lane, but they did well. We are looking forward to many rides.
You're local and carry quality equipment. I need not travel over the mountain to be heckled and harassed.
You have a good selection of E-Bikes. I saw no discounts on any bikes and I usually like to ensure that the deal I make is a fair one. Also, I regularly get texts from Aventon, reference sales, specials on bikes etc. The only offer I had was $200 dollars off a used bike. I still plan on purchasing but the weather has put a damper on my purchase for now. 90's and mid to upper 90's too hot. On the really big positive: I felt appreciated at the store, had my questions answered and saw a good inventory.
