While the repairs were done well, I wish they had given us a heads up of the cost. Paying $200 for repairs on a 1 year old bike that cost less than $250 new, seems like a huge waste of money. I could have just replaced the entire bike. Knowing that it was a low cost bike it would have been nice to have been told the repairs would be close to the price of replacing the bike. I realize now I should have asked for a quote first. The repairs were done very well and the customer service was outstanding. My children are looking forward to visiting the store. This will give you the potential of future customers, consisting of 4 teenage boys.

Quick turnaround for tune-up. All services were explained in detail. Bike looked as new as it could. Very fair maintenance cost. Spent time adjusting sag setting when i showed up to pick up bike until it was perfect.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Some bike shops you go into are run by arrogant employees that act very condescending and arrogant towards their customers. Not so with Two Brothers. They are welcoming and earnestly listen to what you have to say. I’m pleased in every way with their quality products and maintenance services and also the down to earth interactions with the people they serve. Nice work fellas!
