The staff are really helpful--the secret to this gym's popularity! The gym has no pool but it keeps the equipment in good repair and there are plenty of machines to work on. And my trainer, Joy, is amazing!

Diverse population. All are made welcome. Instructors are awesome. Always clean. On Foodbank and soccor days, parking is sometimes a challenge.

Me gusta el ambiente agradable con todos los servicios para los miembros, pero me gustaría que hubiera clases para personas mayores en la que nos ejercitemos con música que nos anime a danzar y hacer los ejercicios. La música es muy importante en el estado de ánimo para nosotros.

Everyone is very welcoming, respectful, helpful, and seems to love their job. Always speak to me and have kind words. I’ve been to different branches and most of the time the staff never speaks and seems distracted…. Does not cost anything to speak and be aware and attentive to people especially if that’s your job! I will now transfer my membership full time to southeast raleigh Y!

They have a wide variety of classes. One will see the Director of the SE Raleigh YMCA working out at the facility. I really love the outdoor heated pool. They are providing an opportunity for elementary age students to learn how to swim.
I like the Cardio Dance, Zumba, and Belly Dance classes offered.I've only been to this location to attend these fitness classes in the Court 3 space. I haven't used any of the other facilities yet at the Southeast location.
The front desk staff have always been welcoming. One suggestion is to have small towels available at the check-in desk for those going to Court 3 instead of having to walk down the opposite hallway from Court 3 to get a small towel.

It's very clean, well organized, a huge gym and they have ample towels.
Wonderful/cheerful staff. Clean facility. Great workout/exercise areas. Hours of operation are conducive for all -those who work and those who don't! Fantastic classes offered everyday.
