I still miss the news channels at Kraft Family Y. I think most of us are old enough to handle the good news ...and the bad. At least you could get TV #4 off the info/commercial channel -- I know more than I want to know about Shark vacuum cleaners.

Would love if as it got warmer and lighter outside outdoor fitness classes were offered! I know Southeast Y has an outdoor TRX pavilion for classes, and Alexnder does cycle classes on their patio. A HIIT/Bodypump/or general strength class outside would be so fun!

Everything about the Kraft Y is amazing! I love walking in and being greeted by the smiling faces at the front desk. I walk into my group classes and I’m always greeted by likeminded members and the super awesome instructors! I love the facility, the equipment, and the community involvement! Oh the ping pong table and the coffee station are great too!
