Kraft Y has done an excellent job of updating the number and layouts of gym equipment over time. It is a very open and friendly environment.
The gym floors are refinished and in great shape, and the app provides great info about the schedule for gyms, studios, classes etc.
The sauna and steam room updates will be an up grade to already valuable amenities.
The staff is knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly.
My wife and I work out at the Kraft Y at least 5 days a week as a key part of our lifestyle.
YMCA is a community. Everyone is always so friendly. There is always a lot of programs going on . It’s a nice facility. It’s just a place to workout, people have built long lasting friendships.
The staff - they are the best. They are friendly - know me by name - and are always helping to make the visits fun! I just love them all - the gym is always clean - the track is great - no complaints whatsoever - it is my "Y" and I love it!!!!

Love the staff. So welcoming. Feels like family. Just started personnel training sessions with Anna. We have met twice and I already feel stronger.

Long time, member of at least nine years . I cannot say enough about this branch of the YMCA.. The staff is just incredible. Always have a smile on their faces and if you need anything, they’re more than willing to help you. The trainers that do the classes can’t even say enough about them! Honestly, one of the main reasons why I’ve been at the craft YMCA is because of the staff. One of the main many reasons anyway anyways. When I go there, it feels like a family.. and really shouldn’t your experience be like that?!

It offers so much for the family. The only part I would improve Is to have something for kids between 8-11 to do if they are too old for the child care but too young to go upstairs with a parent or sibling.
Wonderful, professional, friendly staff; clean facility (w/o using harsh smelly chemicals...thank you!) great equipment (could use a 2nd "fly" machine...always in use)

Have been enjoying Kraft very much. Wondful and polite staff, great classes and the instructors (I don't use any of the equipment).
The only minor thing is cleaning/sweeping/mopping the lady's locker room floor more often. I see the stuff on the floor (hair and debris) at the same spot for over weeks. Also, the inner shower curtain is an issue. Most inner curtains are half clipped on the rack or halfly hanging. Might consider using washable ones and laundry them periodically.
Overall I enjoy the facility very much. I appreciate all your hard work!

Awesome staff!
I live in AZ and have my membership thru Medicare supplement. My use is limited to our visits to family 2-3 times per year. I use the gym only. The facility is nice and meets my needs.
