I like this location for the friendly staff.
However, someone needs to tell the camp staff working with the children in the far side of the gym that the purpose of using a microphone is so that the speaker does NOT need to yell into the microphone to be heard. This is the second year that the staff with the children yell into the microphone so loudly that if you are lifting (2 gym spaces away) you can hear them clearly as if you are in the same room. I can hear them through my headphones. Surely this is an unsafe decibel level for the kids in the same gym with them.
The rest of the patrons in this Y shouldn't be forced to participate with the children's program.

My kids LOVE camp crossroads. They talk about it non stop when they get home. Really like the beads that they earn for the necklaces. They get so excited about them. I don’t remember that last year but definitely recommend continuing next year. They are year round and on summer track out right now. I already singed them up for a different camp next week and wish I hadn’t. Their stories and excitement are reminiscent of my days at summer camp as a child.

Love making new friends and staying connected with friends especially during exercise classes. Love the variety of classes offered and the seasonal pool experience.

The Kraft Family YMCA is a great place to work out. I love my thrive classes that I go to with Mica leading the class. She gives a great class and cares whether you can do what she wants you to do and gives you alternatives if you can't. She is pleasant and I go every time that I can. I also use the weights and track. I like the fact that everyone there is respectful of one another. The people at the front desk are very pleasant and happy and seem to be happy to be there.
The facility is beautiful, immaculate, and everyone on staff has been helpful and so friendly. Already, in my first week as a member, I feel encouraged about what I’m doing to care for and improve my health. I especially love the walking track.
My kids live the varied activities in open programming!

The classes & their instructors are great. There’s a variety of challenging & enjoyable group fitness programs at different intensity levels. The facility is clean with a nice ladies locker rm that has showers, saunas, & lockers. The equipment is maintained well, & they recently increased the supply of weights.

I’ve had such a great experience at the YMCA. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. From the front desk team to the trainers and class instructors, everyone goes above and beyond to make members feel welcome and supported. The facility is clean, well-organized, and family-friendly. I truly appreciate the sense of community here—thank you for the excellent service! I cancelled membership for my family members temporarily and am hoping to reconnect them again soon. God Bless!

My daughter loves going to camp each week. She is going 8 out of 9 weeks this summer. The staff are organized, attentive, responsible, respectful, friendly and fun. I love the notes they write to my daughter at the end of each week! I hope we can do it again next year!
Even though my son had a great time at Kraft summer camp last year, he was very nervous on his first day. The counselors at drop-off were so patient and understanding with him that, at pickup, he told me he was excited to come back the next day. Although he can be timid at times, he frequently mentioned the new friends he made and all the activities they did during the day. I couldn't recommend this camp more!
Both of my daughters have really enjoyed being CILTs this summer. They want to go early to help with water coolers and through afternoon. Great job!

The instructors are top notch and lead good workout classes. I do wish a few more cardio classes but geared to the active seniors. Like low impact.
Everything from the drop off to the pick up! The best way to keep busy kids busy while work life has to happen. Amazing counselors, great safety features. They encourage independence and accountability and kindness. We also use them for before and after school care.
I like the variety of classes, the variety of times and the friendliness of the staff and the people at the YMCA!
My daughter had a great time at camp. The counselors were engaging and welcoming and seemed excited to be there. The activities were age appropriate and she came home exhausted.
All of the counselors make my daughter feel so special and loved. They are always so excited to greet her upon arrival and are her biggest cheerleaders when helping my daughter build social and personal day-to-day skills.
