I grew up as a kid in the 1970's and my brothers and myself learned the importance of christain values, sportsmanship and team work at an earlier age. My life would not be the same if it wasn't for the YMCA.
I just enjoy being able to workout and not feel bad because I’m so overweight and horribly uncomfortable in my own skin.
It’s a great great place to work out and meet friends and get fit. I have been coming to this YMCA for seven years and I love it. Great stuff great people.

I love group fitness
Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Clean and well kept environment. Dance with Cuqui in fun Zumba class often. Use the gym 2-3 times per week. Machines are aging and young weightlifters spend much time on phones between exercise sets so waiting for machines is lengthier than expected.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I loved my Conditioning Fight Class and love the instructor, Heather! Plus, I have met some great friends.
I had a good time in the pool on Saturday. I spoke with Max about my love for rubber duckies and I always play with them when I take a bath but I love playing with them in the pool and I even shared my duckies with the kiddos and they love it so much! Looking forward to move pool days ahead!
I love Kerr Family YMCA! I started coming to take off weight I gained due to the stress and lack of exercise following my Mother’s illness and death.
I’ve dropped 18 lbs, gained muscle to the point of almost completely losing my “bat wings”, and gained a self-confidence and feeling of well-being that I have missed for the last two years! All in 4 months! The classes are great. I highly recommend group fitness and especially for us over the age of 60 - weight classes! I am getting stronger each time I’m there.
The instructors seem to care about you and want to make sure everything is done in a safe and beneficial manner.

Very friendly and helpful staff
Clean facility. Work out area is spacious, and tread mills seem to be newer, and face windows, so while working out you can see the green nature outside. A walking track is a positive, and open pickleball court time is great.
Less crowded than Finley, so my swim sessions are more efficient; however my commute is further. Finley pools close too often, when that happens, I shift to Kerr.
Friendly staff, also like the sauna.
