The fitness facilities are clean and well managed. The check in is easy and the location is perfect for our family.
The manager, Melissa Oliver, has many years of experience in programs and administration. She runs a first-class facility with quality programs for adults and kids. My business enjoys supporting the "We Build People" program that helps provide participation funding for kids and their parent(s) that could not otherwise afford to enroll. This is a great facility with all the equipment you could want. There are plenty of classes for any age group and fitness level. The instructors are top-notch and engaging. The place is very inviting and well run. It’s a pleasure to visit.

My Husband Mark and I enjoy the fellowship as well as the health benefits. As senior citizens it is so necessary to have that social outlet in addition to the health benefits. Also I feel the staff at the East Triangle Y is the BEST! To a person they are interested in each member and so open to suggestion. Melissa should be commended on her staff. I am a very outspoken person and like to submit ideas and Melissa and Jennifer are always kind and at least appear to be truly interested and caring.

Classes have always been great, Mike on the floor as support is awesome, childcare is the warmest and overall, staff and community is awesome.
Staff is polite. Facilities kept clean. Great ventilation which is important due to respiratory illnesses.

Triangle Y has multiple programs. I love the diversity and the atmosphere. The staff is always energetic and friendly. They seem to enjoy it as much as we the members do. I enjoy: Zumba, I enjoy the water aerobics, core, cycling .. I enjoy line dancing(my favorite line dance teacher left)
My work schedule keeps me away these days, but I come when I can. Great place to work out
