I love the instructors and all the classes that are available to me. The staff are all awesome and extremely helpful. We also have the 55 and over group. It gives us outings where we all meet and enjoy each other's company. Monday a group of us went to Duke Gardens. It was a really great day out with each orher. Deborah did an awesome job., she is phenomenal. I always look forward to going to the YMCA.
Convenience and classes.
The staff is always very friendly and personable. And the people that I have met at the gym are also very nice and helpful. The gym is clean, and I’m very happy to be a member.

The classes are taught by knowledgeable instructors. They give options according to different fitness levels. They also make it fun to be there.
The front desk staff are informed about schedules and are welcoming when walking in the door. Always a smile!

I like that it is very clean and orderly. I also like that they have the sanitizer wipes to clean the machines. I enjoy the friendly geeeting as I enter the building and last but not least: The Bible Scriptures on the counter.
Just joined a couple of days ago - the staff that signed me up and gave me the tour were very friendly and welcoming. I love the app and will start some classes this week.

Love the aerobics classes and facility is very clean. Everyone very friendly. Wish gym was open till 9 and didn’t close at 8. Hours not great for nurses.
The staff members are extremely nice, helpful, kind, approachable, pleasant, and well rounded people friendly. I’m so happy that the YMCA East Triangle are open and willing to celebrate different cultures and humans. Thank you. It’s also close to home.
