I have been using Quarles heating oil for years and only once did I call because my fuel tank was almost empty. It wasn't their fault, it was a very cold time
People were on time, professional and courteous.
Only issue is it took 4 days to get gas when I explained I was out of gas when I called. It is wonderful to get a live person to talk to
