Easy to call and schedule propane delivery to my house. Nice and professional customer service. I receive an email letting me know what day driver with be at the house. No surprises! Delivery drivers are always pleasant when they arrive with delivery of propane.

We don't always get the best prices or the best deals from Quarles. We do get Local Quarles employees who are the bedrock of why our Quarles is a great LP-Gas service provider. When I have had issues / challenges with my LP Gas services, it is the personal care and concern of employees that make the services we receive better. Whether it is the kind and considerate Professional Tanker Operator delivering fuel; or, the competent engineering staff improving / adapting our installation for new services; or, like talking to Ms. Beth Spillman who is like talking to your best friend and knowledgeable professional in one - who has efficiently resolved any issue we have had all while she treats us as valued customers because that is who she is.
So I recommend the management team at Superior Plus Energy LISTEN TO THE QUARLES EMPLOYEES WHO FACE US THE CUSTOMERS every day (They Know The Real CRM Stardards). PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE Quarles operational standards and practices that are not broken ! Here is a small, but important example: I received an email that our first fuel delivery came since the completion of the acquisition (good). However, I couldn't find the bill. After looking for the bill for a half hour, I found it laying out in the driveway soggy from dampness. In the past if we were home the operator gave it to us; if not - it was left inside the porch storm door positioned or taped to the window where we are sure to see it. This may seem small, but never happened prior to the acquisition.
REMEMBER SUPERIOR PLUS: 1. The life blood of successful service business is 90% or higher return business just to stay alive. 2. Only new TOP LINE business provides growth in revenue. Number 2 will not happen without the number 1 priority delivered perfectly every day. LISTEN TO YOUR EMPLOYEES and care for them in every way possible.
I liked everything until you got rid of the techs for repair and tuneups.
I appreciated being able to order propane when needed, no auto-deliveries of gymics.
