When I had what I thought was a gas leak, they came quickly
The drivers who deliver our propane and fuel oil are always courteous, respectful, informative, and very careful to stay on the driveway and not get stuck. Either my husband or I almost always intercept the driver to retrieve our ticket.
The only time that we had any problem with getting a delivery on time was when the monitor on the propane tank failed. When alerted to the problem, a technician promptly came out and installed a new one. Everything has been fine since then. The folks at Quarles are much easier to deal with than the folks at Dixie Gas. Having the new management in place is definitely a good thing.
