More reasonably priced. Regular, reliable deliveries, including during this winter when so many people in Carson Valley were left without propane because their companies could not deliver. (For instance, Amerigas.) Nice drivers. Considerate, also, about opening and closing the gate.

You responded quickly to me when I needed to change companies, and your staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. I also like that I don't need to call when I need more propane; you monitor it from your office. If there's one minor ding is that paying online is sort of confusing. I signed up for auto pay, and it would alert me to pay the bill, but I still had to go into the site and actually pay. Last month we hopefully fixed that, so I'll see how it works this month.
