No lapses in Propane great customer service always available
My LOCAL people are extremely kind, professional and friendly people. But your website is horrible, ease of finding what you’re looking for is non-existent. Since the consolidation, it’s nearly impossible to make and complete simple requests in an expedited fashion. The call center or whoever is answering the call once you find the right office, is lack-luster compared to the folks I use to deal with. There is a delay in getting questions answered, and the same concern and care for customers from the consolidated center leaves much to be desired.

Let make sure that I have enough fuel to last me in case of on power outage, where I have a generator. Also enjoyed the calendar which I understand is discontinued. I like the ability to view my Propane percentage of fuel tank. Great bunch of drivers
