Friendly and efficient service
Our road is terrible, but they still try to make it. We were worried they wouldn't be able to get to us before we were out. We got down to below 13%.
When we get between 20 and 25 percent, the Kamps Driver shows up. We don't have to call or send any type of message. Their driver knows to go through our side gate, walk past our house and go through the back gate. After finishing, the gates are closed. They do not damage any of my wife's plants. The tank is closed back up and paperwork is left on our doorknob on the front door. Their prices are equal to others and they have never given us a single problem. When we have had a question, whomever answers the phone know the answer. Kamps is great and we have had them since we moved here almost 10 years ago. We do not plan on leaving their services.

I like that my propane tank is monitored and I don't have to worry about it. During a winter storm two years ago, a tree fell on my tank and damaged it. Before I knew it, I had a new replacement tank. Great service.
I like that you are able to check the level or our tank and refill it when it gets low without my having to monitor it, since I live at another address.
I,m sold on the Transponder on the tank that generate monthly Emails updating the Tank's Fuel Levels. I also like talking to the nice lady managing the office phone in Pioneer. She's very kind & helpful. Your drivers are also very kind & easy to talk to when servicing the tank. I haven't had any other Propane services since we moved to Pine Grove 3 years ago, so I can't comment on competitiveness in your pricing. We just accept whats provided on 'Faith' and your companies reputation.....
I like the automatic service scheduled when needed.
1) I appreciate the automatic refilling of my propane tank when it gets to 30%. I like that Kamps remotely monitors the tank & knows when to refill.
2) I appreciate being able to use online bill payments.
3) I REALLY appreciate that there is always staff in the office who promptly answer the telephone; the staff are polite, friendly, and have always taken time to explain things & answer my questions. I appreciate their patience!

Excellent, professional ,efficient and courteous service always provided by staff! Propane gas tank is filled automatically when level of gas is low--no need to call when level is low.
We signed up with Farm Bureau for a low annual fee, and get a reduced price, per gallon for propane gas. This is an excellent program that helps those on a fixed or lower income bracket.
