The propane is a bit pricy---but then it is everywhere. The service is reliable, and every driver we have had, since the 1980's has been personable. Opportunities have arisen to lure us to switch companies, but they failed. We are very content with the service.

From my perspective it is all automated. I would suggest the plastic bag with the receipt the driver leaves is not necessary - you could save a little in materials and time.

Prompt service, driver calls and what to expect when, where and how. Front desk associates provide great customer service as well.
Propane is delivered without any issues. Then billed to my account. Easy for the customer. No worries, I get heat and hot water thanks to the propane guy for knowing when to come out

Drivers are very professional and always fill up the tank when it needs it. Prices are reasonable and in line with other propane companies in the area. Have a monthly pay option that can really help out when finances not ready to handle large bill due to full tank fill ups.
