Drivers are courteous and friendly and good drivers in these mountains. Delivery is automatic with smart meters. I never have to worry about checking propane levels in tank. I get SPUG pricing. KAMPS found a leak I had and got it fixed. Very responsive when I had a billing problem (a check hadn't been received and I was quickly notified and sent another). I can always reach someone on the phone who is knowledgeable and helpful. I have been very happy with KAMPS service.

you are responsive and everybody is courteous. I have no complaints. One time in a bad storm, your guy came out with a crane and moved the trees and the septic tank to get us back up to speed with our propane. I'll never forget it.
We were stressed due to having to run our generator when PGE went out, and we were getting low. I called and the tech was here in just a few days, and at 830 at night!! We are so thankful.

Kamps has been reliable and is always there for us even during the crazy storms and bad road conditions. Christine, the coordinator/admin is always kind, friendly, and responsive.
The service is pretty reliable when the monitor is working, and if I call a couple of times, they usually come out to refill our tank within a week. It could be better but the storms have cause a lot of disruptions.
Customer phone service as well as the prompt response and reassurance given that Kamp has our backs.
Very impressive- also the driver is careful in both the parking of the truck and not blocking the road!

Fast response and resolution
Customer service representatives are very polite and attentive. They always try to help when we need a delivery or a service provided. Christine and Jessie ( no longer with Kamps) are fantastic!
My propane tank was only <10% left, the delivery day was week away. 10% of propane is not enough or may not be last to week. I called customer service about my saturation (Thursday), and she said will deliver propane very soon. (I don’t know how soon). Fortunately the deliver came on Sunday. It is very help. Thanks for Kampala.
I would absolutely recommend Kamps to everyone. Christine in the office is professional and helpful and kind any time we talk. Robert who helps with installs and fixes is great, professional and personal.

Christine always responds and tries to work through problems with me—a broken monitor, could not tell what level of gas we had in the tank , etc. The delivery person is great and had no problem getting down our steep road. Even though Kamps is almost twice as much as Amerigas, the service is MUCH better. Thank you!
