I really enjoy being a member of the Louisville
YMCA

I enjoy visiting the Y and seeing the families and community come together. My children are comfortable and love going to the y which makes my work out so much easier. I like that my girls can join me in the weight room and be my workout buddies.

We are lucky to have a Y that has so many amenities in Louisville. It is always clean and keeps a wide array of hours to accommodate all kinds of schedules.

I love the classes at 5:15 am. Enough time to shower and get to work. I love the Saturday morning class w Jodi. Something new every time. She’s awesome and so kind! The consistency in classes is perfect. You never have to wonder if a class is going to be canceled like at the NC YMCA.

The fans in the locker rooms are a nice touch. They help me cool down as I’m getting ready for work. Front desk is always helpful and kind. Just a great place!

I love how kind the employees are in the child watch! My 3 kiddos love going to play while I work out and theyre always so patient with them!

The YMCA community is very caring and there are always events and sports classes for my children. It allows my children to enjoy sport, make friends, and develop various skills. The Y is creative in ways to serve and willing (open minded) to adapt to community requests! I highly recommend the Louisville YMCA!

I love the Louisville Y. It's a great place to exercise, wonderful people good friendships feel like I'm at home.

The weight room——all the great machines and the exercise classes in the water

The classes are fun. The instructors are caring. Truly enjoyable.

My son was on one of the Louisville YMCA Kindergarten basketball teams. I thought the league was very well run. He had a great time and his entire team improved over the course of the year.

The Y does a great job providing a great variety of sports for all ages!

I do want to suggest.....You are always desperate and begging for volunteer coaches. Give a little incentive to get parents to help. Let their kids receive 50% off when they volunteer. This helps THEM and YOU! It seems like a no brainer. Coaching makes or breaks the experience the kids have in your programs. Give those parents who know the sport and will help an incentive to do it.

We tried Goldfish, and the Y was better. Kids have more swimming time. Having the same instructor in each class is a huge plus because they get to know the kids.

One stop for all my excersise and healthy living. Super clean environment. State of the art equipment. Welcoming and very helpful staff.

They are very helpful with my son who is afraid of water.
