I feel welcomed as soon as I walk through the door! I like that it is a smaller facility. I go around 2pm and there are very few people. I feel so much stronger now that I’m working out with my personal trainer, Erin. So understands injuries and older bodies. A+

I've been attending a variation of an aerobic class for more then 10 years. Our class leader is always innovative in the material she uses. The fact that a class leader puts together her own material is essential to the success of her class. It takes a lot of research and thought to provide this service. I appreciate the unselfish stride to help each individual reach their goals in fitness.
