The family friendly atmosphere. The facility is smaller and you get know the staff and the people that join the Myers Lake Facility and it is just like having a family. The staff are great.

The staff members are friendly. They also answered questions I had about exercise machines. The facility is clean, and folks do not invade each other’s personal space. I’m able to come in .Get my workout in , and shower. Then I’m out.

Excellent and friendly staff! Their attention to detail to keep equipment sanitized. Hours of operation offer a lot of flexibility to that enables me due to my varying schedule limitations to get my work out routine in.
