I use the Y to play pickleball and I've found the people to be very nice and courteous. The place is always clean. There are some interruptions of use but we are told in advance. Now they have added 3 more courts, so it's possible that we will have less interruptions.

I just love the instructors!

I was astounded at the upgrade in product from the north canton dilapidated infrastructure compared to Lake. Great climate control, more mature clientele, water in the pool, door handles not broken off, shower area clean and updated, whirlpool jets work, etc… A great thanks and job well done to the director running Lake YMCA. I wish North Canton was held to your standard

The location and multiple classes available.

This has been my favorite Y in Stark County that I have visited so far. It is clean, easy to navigate, and the people that work there are friendly. I brought my elderly mother with me on my visit. She loved it. We will be back.

Great facility

I have been a member of the Hartville YMCA for several years and I especially enjoy attending the classes at the Hartville YMCA. I also utilize the walking/running track weekly. It is a great addition to the community!

I like the walking around and above the gym the most. I’ve liked walking indoors only when the weather is bad, but your track has two things that make it equal to outdoors. One is the view of the gyms activities that are always fun to watch. Two, walking with others who are trying, like me, to be getting healthier.
I also like the classes of Silver Sneakers. I wish there were more of them each week so when I have to miss some, others would be happening.
One more, in the pool wish. I’ve been going to North Canton for over a year to the Arthritis classes in the shallow water. More than 30 of us have been feeling so much better…..until the filters broke and leaked away our wonderful water.
I think 3 classes a week, mornings, would help Lake’s community members, and me.

My elderly father visited since the pool at his home north canton Y is closed. He loved Lake so much, he’s going to start coming there! He said he got a warm welcome and a grand tour. Thank you!
