The shallow water aerobics teacher was fantastic! She made me feel welcomed in my first class and helped me learn new ways to enjoy this type of exercise!

One of the best facilities in the area. The pool and spa are excellent. The weight room is very well equipped and the locker rooms are very clean.

The classes are perfect and the childcare staff is wonderful.
I do wish the sauna was a bit bigger, however, I’m really happy you have a sauna.

What do you like about your Y Experience?

I love working out in the group exercise classroom and because the workouts are 45 min or hour. I didn't have to worry about find gym equipment and waiting for a the treadmill. I love doing body weight workouts.

Great environment, staff is friendly and courteous. It is a well lit, open not too congested and plenty of machines to work out. Also, the sauna in the men’s locker room is a nice bonus.
