Love the exorcise classes!!

I enjoy the people who work there and my fellow workout classmates. There is an excellent variety of classes. The instructors are thoughtful, kind, and really put an effort into making us healthy and strong. Facilities are great and I am grateful to have both this ymca as well as the Shalmo YMCA so close to home.

Exercise & friendships. Great programs for seniors!

Love the sauna, locker room and gym space. The basketball gym needs serious attention and regular maintenance. Several rims are bent and are in need of servicing and/or replacement. The other local YMCAs don’t have this issue and considering this Y is the highest quality in other areas, I would expect this to carry over into the gym as well for 2026. Love all the new and recent additions with equipment. Great atmosphere.

My family likes the Jackson YMCA. The wonderful staff, the equipment, classes offered like yoga, pilates, zumba, total body, the layout of the workout area and good saunas. We go together 3x a week. Something for everyone!

It’s a terrific facility! There’s lots of equipment in the gym and lots of programs to choose from. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s clean too!

I love it here. Staff is ultra friendly; it's just a nice relaxing place to come exercise. The sauna's wonderful. The perfect place to unwind. My favorite Y in the Stark County area.

Facility is always clean and the staff is friendly. It’s a great place for all ages. I can bring my kids and let them play basketball while I get a work out in.

Love Anna's classes. She is energizing yet easy to follow.

I don’t feel that the back exercise room should be closed for a class of a few people.
I love that you have created a more intimate space. I’m much more comfortable lifting in the smaller room than the front room.
There have been multiple occasions that the room has been closed for a class of a few people.
I don’t think it’s okay for a trainer to come in and announce that we have 5 minutes to leave the room. I’m in the middle of my workout and should be able to finish without being told to leave.
