Best gym with well-qualified trainers

Recently joined the 6 week kick start programme and it’s been a very welcoming experience, being a gym novice everyone has been very helpful and attentive in helping me get started and get the most out of my time there, from the welcome staff, PT and Nutritionist. Time for me to do the hard work now, no excuses !

Washrooms and changing areas could be improved. More 1:1 PT slots after 5.30 pm is appreciated

Everything that I want is in a gym. I found it here. It isa satisfactory gym with excellent equipment. Also, the staff are so friendly and professional.

Great gym, equipment, super classes & trainers!

Great gym. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym is so clean and well kept. Great range of enjoyable classes. My only bit of negative feedback is that there are no afternoon classes at the weekends.

Smashing trainers, really know their stuff and keep an eye to make sure you’re doing the exercises right…while also making it fun. Nice workout space too….and the music is always fab!

The classes and trainers are very enjoyable, focused and very worth doing.
My daughter also comes to classes with me sometimes, and the flexibility to pay as you go for her is very good. I have done classes with Sarah A, Siobhan , Diogo and Conor

That its just for women

I enjoy the small, intimate nature of the gym and variety of day long classes.

I would like to see a pilates class introduced and some air conditioning in the spinning room downstairs.

It would also be very beneficial to have the two locked windows in the main studio unlocked and opened during gym classes.

Made joining a gym very easy and lovely staff

Love the spinning classes, Sarah and siobhan are brilliant at explaining each part of the class and they are always up beat which keeps me going.

Really enjoy the classes, the trainers are great. Always there for support, happy to help where they can
