Member Testimonials
The program is very centered around the children's experience and learning environment. Every staff member leads with kindness and compassion for the children.
So much has improved in the last year!!!
Our youngest has been at the ELC since she was 7 weeks old and we have loved it ever since! Very attentive staff and communication is wonderful. Will always recommend the Y for early childhood care!
I love that the whole family can go and there is something for everyone to do that they enjoy! Staying fit and being active has been something we have struggle with living in the country. Since we have relocated to the area I'm looking forward to us staying active in the cold winter months.
Swimming deep and shallow for less young ladies

Love the open times for lap swim.
The facility is clean and up to date. I am enjoying my current small group training. Solomon is awesome, he’s motivating and has a great attitude. Weight training has always intimidated me so getting the fundamentals from him has been a great confidence builder.
Horse riding would be awesome
Easy to join new activities and the facilities are very well maintained.
Get to meet lots of amazing people. There are a wide variety great classes.
The facility is clean and the people are friendly.
I love your water aerobics. And your senior activities
I like that I can come in anytime and use the recumbent bikes, treadmills and the weights.
I have a nationwide pass so I only use the Y when I'm visiting my daughter in Chippewa and I only use the pool to swim laps. There always seems to be a lane open no matter what time of day I go to swim there.
Some of my friends would want a jacuzzi and sauna.
Some want hot yoga.
I always recommend our Y.

Friendly and kind staff :-)
I love the friendly staff and well trained instructors
Three years ago, I could barely walk (I developed significant problems following a hip replacement.) I spent over a year having home nursing, went practically nowhere except to doctor appointments. I was weak from inactivity...and so on. What made the difference was coming to the Y and working with a strength and agility trainer twice a week for over a year and a half. Since coming to the Y, I've lost 50 lbs., gone on two epic vacations (one to Maryland and the other to California) plus I am driving now, walking now, doing housework and enjoying a fairly normal life. My trainer has been with me 150% of the time, has encouraged me, pushed me, congratulated me when I've gotten to new levels. She is proof positive that angels walk among us. The staff at the Chippewa Falls Y is friendly, non-threatening and comfortable. I can't even compare how I am now to how I was three years ago. It sounds trite...but "thank you sincerely" is all I can say! I turned 78 in August, and feel as if I could go on forever (if I could just remember where to go, I'd be in great shape!)
Water aerobics
My child enjoys the program, and the location right at her school is convenient. The staff are great at communicating despite some confusion that was my own fault.
I’d like to see more programming in evenings please, after dinner hour. Thx!
I use The cardiac, and weight rooms and the awesome pool. Again as I have stated the community is very fortunate to have this well run facility with all its programs.
The staff, activities, programs for kids,
I really enjoy the yoga classes and swimming laps in the pool.
Well organized, consistent enrichment for my kids. Security protocols promote a sense of well-being that the kids are in good hands

Pickleball is such a great group of individuals. Instructors of classes make it fun!
