We’ve had a family membership since the Wits End location opened. It has met all our needs at a reasonable price all these years. Since they lease their cardio and weight machines, they are replaced often so you know they are in top condition . The instructors for group classes are great.

We absolutely LOVE the Y! The group classes are motivating and fun with a great community feel. The child watch is a gift for parents who need to balance child care and caring for their own bodies. My kids have loved the sports programs they’ve participated in and we only wish they had more. The pool is great and the instructors are wonderful.

The wonderful instructors and friendliness of the staff. The diverse classes. I also enjoy the nutritional/educational discussions.

I love the program! I wish there were more opportunities for the parents to bond as the season is long and we are together often. It would create an inclusive and welcoming community.

Everyone is friendly! All the instructors are great and encouraging no matter what your participation level is.

The facility is clean and bright and the classes I've taken are taught by nice, helpful people. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room are wonderful for relaxation.

Sussex County YMCA is simply excellent. Great facilities with a great staff.

My daughter loves swim lessons and is gaining confidence in the water. She's always excited to get to the pool and looks forward to seeing her instructor, Mr. Nick, each week. Looking forward to the days when we'll be cheering her on as a member of the Y's swim team (she's only 3, we've got a few more years!). Thank you to all of the staff who make our trips to the Y the highlight of her week!

It's convenient and it is a relaxed atmosphere. The staff and members are all welcoming and friendly.

The staff is excellent,it’s also very family oriented with lots of activities for everyone.The wellness center is great but needs to be expanded,not enough space for people and equipment.

I love how responsive they are with me and get back to me right away, they’re great with communicating! Whenever they can take the kids outside, weather permitting, they will! They have so many fun activities for my child to do and she’s always so happy when I pick her up!

There are many choices of activities anyone can do, any time or day for the members. It’s Sussex county’s gem 😊

Overall the team is great. I think it would be beneficial to have more consistency between the coaches. The kids see 4-5 different coaches a week so reinforcement of skills learned one day from one coach are not necessarily reinforced the next day by a different coach. Individually the coaches are all fantastic, but if there joint goals for a week that the coaches identify, communicate to the swimmers as a weekly goal, and then work on that goal consistently I think would help.

Feels clean and welcoming. I have suggestions for the locker room. When the locker room door is opened, you can see straight in to the first group of lockers. Can a curtain be places so there is more privacy? Also, in the changing areas the 2 of the curtains are just a tiny bit too small. Can a second curtain be hung in the stall doors to cover the remaining space?

The friendliness of the staff and the community outreach are tops!
