Every time I go, everybody is very friendly and welcoming. My kids and I have been enjoying playing ping pong for years and using the pool. When my kids were younger we went to many activities for the holidays and throughout the year.

I like everything about the Sussex county YMCA! They offer everything to reach your health goals. I love the swimming pool. I work out on my own which is a great option for me. Everyone is kind and friendly. The facility is clean. They offer so much!

The Steam Room

This YMCA is a gem for our community. It offers many diverse programs for all. It even offers a free water aerobic swim program for the disabled and older participants YSWIM! The staff always greets you with a smile and is ready to help you. A great place to meet and keep in shape. We love our membership with the Sussex YMCA. Joanne & Zbigniew Chrzescijanek

Very friendly gym. Offer many different programs. There is an activity for all. When first walking in you are greeted with a smile. Any questions are answered immediately. If answer is unknown, you will receive the answer by end of your visit.

Everything about this place is wonderful! Regret one thing: I was an early member way back when, but your records don't show that. (I disappeared up to Massachusetts to babysit grandkids for several years - came back and signed up again, and that's what my history shows...

I like playing pickleball & classes. But most of all I have made sooo many wonderful friends. When I moved to Sparta in 2017 I didn’t have any friends nearby. All that changed when I joined the Y.

I love my chair yoga classes and the many educational classes offered. There is a real sense of community at the Sussex YMCA. I've made many lasting friendships. The Sussex YMCA has so much to offer senior citizens.
