I really like the facility but I don’t agree with the hours of operation. I wish it would stay open until 9 pm so I can actually get in a good workout after work.

Very convenient and easy, never too crowded
The classes and staff are great. My only complaint is the lack of janitorial staff. The front desk staff are not able to maintain clean bathrooms, floors and equipment. Janitorial staff is a must. Iam quite concerned that this problem has yet to be rectified.

I enjoy the dance cardio and Zumba classes available at many times throughout the week. They are a lot of fun and everyone is so friendly.
I would only ask if the yoga balls could be maintained better. Some of them are so small because they have slowly deflated over time.
Friendly, helpful staff. I've noticed several people waiting to get in at 6:30 AM, so might recommend a 6:00 AM open, but otherwise no suggestions.

It's close to home, people are friendly.
The weight machines are very good for my weight training. I like the gym for b-ball as well as throwing a beach ball against the cinderblock wall.
I am very impressed with Elizabeth Miller as our Muscle Conditioning fitness instructor.
Every class is different which guarantees a great workout. She also supports great comradery during class. I am thankful for all her work and support. I always feel that I had a great workout after every class!
I've been a member of the Flagstaff YMCA for many years. The facility is conveniently located. The staff are friendly and professional. The equipment, restrooms, locker rooms, and other facilities are kept pristinely clean. It's a great community resource.
We enjoy the Y. The workers are friendly and helpful. The equipment is well maintained and the right equipment for us.
