I love the yoga class!!! It’s the best I’ve ever been to. The price is great. The time is good the facility is clean the staff is wonderful. Janie at the front desk is a jewel. It’s a perfect fit for me. Although one more yoga class a week would take it over the top

I really like the facility but I don’t agree with the hours of operation. I wish it would stay open until 9 pm so I can actually get in a good workout after work.

Very convenient and easy, never too crowded
The classes and staff are great. My only complaint is the lack of janitorial staff. The front desk staff are not able to maintain clean bathrooms, floors and equipment. Janitorial staff is a must. Iam quite concerned that this problem has yet to be rectified.

I enjoy the dance cardio and Zumba classes available at many times throughout the week. They are a lot of fun and everyone is so friendly.
I would only ask if the yoga balls could be maintained better. Some of them are so small because they have slowly deflated over time.
Friendly, helpful staff. I've noticed several people waiting to get in at 6:30 AM, so might recommend a 6:00 AM open, but otherwise no suggestions.
