I am still working and sometimes I don’t get to the Y for a month. But, whenever I return, I am greeted and welcomed back like an old friend who they just saw yesterday.
The instructors are amazing and can make every class fun to be doing.

The people ....So far my experience at the Y has been very good. All the staff have been helpful and friendly. My trainer Elisha is wonderful and TaiChi with Deb has also been great. I also like the range of equipment that is available.
