Alicia was very professional yet has a fun attitude which helps make the process enjoyable as you spend a fair amount of time together and communicating. She isn't overly pushy either if you nit-pick about what you are looking for. She has contacts for various repairs / changes you are interested in making. This has been my third house purchase so far and my favorite so far.
