What do you like about your membership at the Moody Family YMCA experience?

Friendly, welcoming atmosphere with very good equipment and variety of classes and activities. I really enjoy pickleball on Tues & Thurs.

What do you like about your membership at the Moody Family YMCA experience?

The pool, for lap swimming, except when it's too crowded. I also like numerous weight machines and other exercise equipment, along with free weights. I use all of it.

WHAT ELSE I LIKE: I enjoyed seeing the notices on those machines - notices mostly now gone - asking users to let others 'work through' their routines. In other words, it asked users to (basically) not hog a machine...not just SIT THERE WHILE USING A CELL PHONE...or sit there to rest, like it's a park bench. Not everyone paid attention, but more did, and it helped everyone to benefit. Thanks for asking.

The Moody Y has a very wide range of programs for adults at every age and ability. The facilities are kept clean and in good working order. Equipment maintenance issues are addressed quickly and resolved. Class instructors are the BEST!

Everything! The check in and check out was great. Crimson and Meatball were so friendly and sweet. I felt like the kids were safe and taken care of. They loved all the activities! Thank you!

What do you like about your membership at the Moody Family YMCA experience?

The Moody YMCA has an excellent member culture that creates an atmosphere of polite courtesy that I have experienced at every age level. The interactions I have had with members when I rotate through various fitness equipment stations takes courtesy and thoughtfulness for each others time to a whole new level. I have found it extraordinary When compared to other fitness clubs I've used over the years. I hope my meaning is clear when I use the term "atmosphere of polite courtesy". I don't know how else to say it.

The facility is always clean and the equipment well maintained. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I know there are multiple health and fitness programs available that I have not yet
sought out, but it's good to know that they're there.

I've enjoyed my years at the Moody YMCA and have recommended the membership to many friends and will continue to do so as long as what I experience there continues.

What do you like about your membership at the Moody Family YMCA experience?

This is my favorite YMCA! I can truly say that the staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the club is very clean! For the most part, the equipment is well-maintained. My only complaint is that many times (especially in the evenings during the week) is that there are groups of teenagers who tend to hijack the exercise stations (particularly the leg extension equipment, etc.) without consideration of other members. Sometimes that can be a little annoying. Other than that, it is a great club. Thanks!

Warm, friendly environment. Not pretentious. Modest clothing is required. Location. Community involvement and programs for all ages. Good workout machines. God-honoring place.

It’s clean. Offers good variety of fitness choices. Good trainers. Friendly atmosphere. A little crowded with trainers in the morning. Wish additional hours could be added for Sunday.
