Very nice facility other than the locker rooms. Poor drainage placement, carpet always wet and smelly, shower stall walls are dirty and moldy at times, not enough towel hooks - spend the 4.95 for a couple of extra hooks.
This is a great facility in a great location with state of the art equipment. Gentle yoga here is the BEST. & the staff are all super nice.

The Moody Family YMCA is, by far, the best YMCA location I have ever gone to besides the White Rock Location. Moody Family YMCA is my first choice of YMCA club to go to for my workout due to the positive attitude from the employees at the front desk to the cleanliness of the club. These are big sellers for me. The equipment is nice and in good working order/ I have never had any issues with this location.

While it is a gym the name Moody Family implies it is the Moody Family experience - the staff, inclusive of Brenda, Carolyn and of course Mica make me/us feel like family. Always inviting, I have received a warm smile and greeting every time I walk in regardless of the time of day / evening.

Excellent classes and instructors
I am literally obsessed with this YMCA. I have come every day since I got my membership and enjoy centering my day around coming. The pools are amazing and the staff are helpful and professional. Can’t recommend highly enough!
